Lovely and very experienced guide I found this through a flier in my hostel. The guide Carlos picked me up and we picked up one other tourist. I’m an experienced climbing and the other guy was totally new to it. The guide accommodated both of our levels of experience. The guide was very nice, very experienced and spoke both English and Spanish. I had a ready nice afternoon climbing a few routes at this local crag.

Él les enseño a mis hijos de 7 años MUCHISIMO sobre escalar y nos dio una experiencia con animales cerca el lugar donde escalabamos. La vista es muy bonita y todo el viaje nos dío una perspectiva más informada y real de este region increíble. ¡No es posible tener esta perspectiva solamente de la Plaza de Armas y la vista del avion o de hotel en Arequipa! No te preocupes si no tiene experiencia en escalar - Alejandro puede reunirte a tu nivel.

Rock Climbing Virkelig sjovt og udfordrende at prøve. Vi var sammen med guiden Joshua, som var virkelig flink og hjælpsom. Yderligere var vi kun en gruppe på 4, så der var meget opmærksomhed til den enkelte. Eneste der er værd at nævne er at det er ret udfordrende selvom det er begynder niveau, men du er spændt fast og kan tage pauser hvis nødvendigt og guiden hjælper meget. Det er en væg med flere ruter man klatrer på, men nær en kløft. God værdi for pengene.

Great hike in a river to see a beautiful waterfall The hike was beautiful. It was fun walking in the river. The waterfall was incredible. The trip after to the thermal pool was just ok. The water wasn’t very hot. Our guide was lovely and was very informative. Highly recommend the hike.

Fun first time experience. Great and fun experience, I was solo travelling and wanted to try out rock climbing in Arequipa.The team is very friendly and flexible. Great teacher for beginners, offering easy routes to more intermediate/advanced routes. Also they have all the equipment for a safe experience.English friendly as well!

¡Escalada! Spontaneously signed up morning of and they were very accommodating! Drove about 20-30 mins out to the crag, he bought out all the equipment we needed and got climbing. My guide, Francois was very encouraging and patient with explaining the beta of each route. He taught us all how to tie the figure 8 knot and made sure we were always safely tied in. Routes were basic, would be a good challenge for beginners or anyone that wants to give outdoor climbing a try.

A wonderful morning out! Our trip to Sillar was on time, comprehensive, and good value for money. Everything was included, including water and entry. The car was clean, working seatbelts, and safe driving. Our guide, Sline, was so knowledgeable and always had something to add. We never felt rushed. At the mine, we saw other groups stop for 15 minutes to take photos and go, while we walked through and were given explanations of the statues' significance, cost, etc. So I was glad to be on my tour. I would recommend it for a casual morning out.
